Annually, Lehigh Valley Business selects Women of Influence award winners that represent professional accomplishments and outstanding community involvement. Honorees selected for The Circle of Excellence receive the highest recognition for their longstanding, notable success in their community and leading the way for other women.
Kathryn Forry, MCP, was selected for the 2024 Circle of Excellence for her tremendous dedication to her field, professional development, and the community. Since 2011, Kathryn has been a vital team member of Barry Isett and Associates, serving as the Wyoming Valley Operations Manager since 2018. Kathryn was named head of Isett’s Code inspection and Plan Review department, overseeing a department of 70+ associates, in 2022.
Earning her Master Code Professional certification, the highest level of qualifications in the code administration industry, makes her one of only 800 in the world to be qualified at this level. She wants others, especially women, to achieve the same level of success in the building code and construction industry. Volunteering in STEM events, the Let’s Build Construction Camp for Girls, and guest lecturing on code standards to architecture students, are just a few of the ways Kathyrn hopes to make an impact on the future of the industry.
