Congratulations to our Values in Action winner for August – Kristen Wolfe! Kristen spent her summer at Isett balancing her typical busy project workload & assistance with our Vantagepoint software upgrade with setting up our new Greater Scranton Office. She both laid out the space architecturally and coordinated its renovation, managing subcontractors and helping acquire furniture. For this, she’s earned the honorary title of “Office Manager” from the Greater Scranton associates. To Kristen, this new challenge was just a day’s work, but her willingness to go above and beyond for our team demonstrates our values of Service, Team, Ownership and Balance to the core.
Kristen has an extensive background in both interior design and project management. She enjoys creating spaces that function efficiently while being aesthetically pleasing. As a multi-discipline project manager at Isett, she wears many hats, from managing projects and coordinating across all trades (client, engineering disciplines, contractors & construction managers) to engaging in business development initiatives in the Scranton area.
Kristen enjoys coordinating multi-discipline projects because it allows her to build relationships with other members of the Isett team. The process always exposes her to new personalities and experiences, making every day a fun new challenge.
