Company Ownership Sets Us Apart
Our greatest satisfaction comes from the ongoing relationships we have developed over time—a direct result of the ownership that team members demonstrate with each client. About 80 percent of our workload is the result of repeat business from existing clients, which demonstrates a high level of satisfaction in the quality of our work.
Company ownership sets us apart from other qualified firms as virtually all project teams include company owners. In 1998, Isett instituted an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) because we believe that employee ownership is a catalyst in providing an extra measure of client-centered service.
Barry and his late wife, Shirley, along with many long-term staff members, had invested much of their lives and talents to developing a well-respected firm with an excellent reputation. Barry’s desire was to move into retirement while the organization he founded continued to have a profitable life of its own. In an ESOP, company ownership is transferred to employees over a period of years, giving every eligible staff member a vested interest in the financial success of the business.
